How to reset your network password if locked out or forgot password
If you get locked out or forgot your password, go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and enter your full email address and click “Next”. Then click on “Forgot my
password” and follow the steps below:
If necessary, use the web browser on your mobile phone to access the site.
Make
sure you save the https://login.microsoftonline.com/ URL as a bookmark on your mobile browser and your home computer browser so you
have easy access in the event you get locked out! After unlocking or resetting your password it can take a couple of minutes before you will be allowed to sign back into your workstation.
Enter your email address:
Click on "Forgot my password":
Enter you email address and the characters from the captcha image:
Choose the option that applies to your situation and click "Next" to proceed:
